These Terms of Service govern your use of PotatoVPN, operated by FASTPOTATO PTE. LTD. By downloading, installing, or using PotatoVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PotatoVPN. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access premium PotatoVPN features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
PotatoVPN is provided for lawful personal use. You agree not to use PotatoVPN to engage in any illegal activity, infringe upon intellectual property rights of others, transmit malware or malicious code, conduct unauthorised penetration testing or hacking, circumvent technical measures in violation of third-party service terms, or harass or harm other individuals. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
PotatoVPN offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
PotatoVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact our support team to request a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 30-day window.
PotatoVPN aims to provide continuous, reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond our control.
Your use of PotatoVPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
All intellectual property rights in PotatoVPN, including the software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by FASTPOTATO PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PotatoVPN for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PotatoVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. PotatoVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of PotatoVPN after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
